Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using NogginPop.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using NogginPop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use NogginPop. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to cheat, manipulate scores, or exploit bugs
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the app's infrastructure
• Use automated tools to interact with the app

5. Subscriptions

NogginPop offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("NogginPop Premium") that unlocks additional daily puzzle games.

Billing. NogginPop Premium is billed monthly at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Free trial. A free trial may be offered to new subscribers. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Previous subscribers are not eligible for a free trial.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. Access to premium features continues until the end of the paid period.

Lapsed subscriptions. If your subscription expires or is cancelled, premium games will revert to locked until a subscription is renewed.

Price changes. We may change subscription pricing with advance notice. You will have the opportunity to cancel before any price change takes effect.

6. Leaderboards

Leaderboard scores are associated with your display name and avatar. We reserve the right to remove scores that appear to result from cheating or abuse.

7. Intellectual Property

NogginPop and its content (puzzles, design, code) are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
